The customer service representative was very rude and explained her system shuts down 20 mins before closing time so she couldn’t continue to help me mid process. I was on the phone with customer service at the same time and they said they had never heard of that but the rep just didn’t want to work and had no desire to help

MARILEE M | Overall ExperienceUnit was not cleaned. Used rodent and ant traps in the unit when we got it. Thankfully only needed it for three weeks and not long term. Cancelling the unit was a challenge. Called the place we rented it from and someone picked up the phone and laid it down then nothing for 10 minutes. Finally taken care of via text from someone in corporate.
DONALD S | Overall ExperienceUnit was inside and there was not much light and was actually dark. The unit itself had two light weight rodent shells not the entire trap and about 5 ant traps on the floor inside. It had not been swept out. Got this as a “free unit” for renting a truck one way. Don’t know if that’s why it was not clean and dark or if that’s the norm??
