I did not pay my rent or get my items because GINA ROSE did fraud on my account. When I tried to pay my rent I could not because it was already paid by a card on my account that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE and was put on AUTOPAY without my permission which is FRAUD UHAUL COMMITTED FRAUD. I should not owe rent and all these extra fees when I tried to pay I could not because of fraud.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. They went above and beyond for me on multiple occasions, and their service alone made this my best storage experience. We asked if uhaul gives military discount and was told yes, my son showed his active ID and we got the military discount. After posting the discounted rate for 10 months it was removed WITH NO COMMUNICATION ON WHY. I go into the app to make my payment and see a new amount. The next day I go to uhaul on atlantic to find out why and was told YOU NO LONGER WORKS HERE SO YOUR DISCOUNT WAS REMOVED. I HAVE NEVER WORKED FOR UHAUL. To go deeper and get to the bottom of this I tried contacting ROSE the GM and ELIZE the owner for 3 days or more and neither was MATURE enough to call me back. Thanks to KAYLA and another nice young lady at the beach blvd location that helped me out. I WILL TELL ANYBODY I KNOW TO NEVER DO BUSINESSES WITH UHAUL.
