Had only one issue. Had a glitch in the system and they put a lock on my storage bin and drilled out my lock. Lady worked super hard and apologized. This was the only thing keeping from excellent.

We were out of town in our rental and we had to leave this rental with little to no warning and at the same time our car broke down. U-Haul saved the day. Gave us a truck an auto transport trailer and one month free storage at our home destination. We had no room in our home for the additional furniture. We were able to sell all our stuff within 3 weeks and our car is back home being worked on by our trusted mechanic. Shout out to Teresa L. At the Jasper Ga. Location who was pure AWESOME. Very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, uplifting and caring. Not only was she precious but she could not have represented U-Haul better. Thanks U-Haul, Teresa L and staff for making our hardships not so bad. We are giving this a five star review. Thanks again
