Very displeased and disappointed with not being able to pro rate out days when moved out. "Manager advised it was in the contract" Being it was all electronic and no hard copy given it should be spelled out by staff major key points and refund policy being a major key point.

They have an area where used items can be left for others to take, which is a great idea! Move out was simple. Thomas inspected my unit and completed the checkout process in a timely manner.
