patti j | Overall ExperienceThe only issue I ponder. I paid last month for a full month automatically.about the 23rd of the month. Found out before the end of the month they don’t return funds for days that you get items out before next charging date. Only two items were in there as I had removed all other items. So I didn’t remove them on purpose before the new month because I knew I wouldn’t get my money back. I had things in storage seven months. They could have another customer using that space sooner. I have used other storage units not, UHAUL who did refund funds if items were removed in middle of charging time. Something I will consider before I use UHAUL again.
