steven h. | Overall ExperienceI paid for a climate controlled storage which should allow the storage to be secure from any weather or climate issues. That to me means no damage should occur unless by fire or tornado or hurricane storms. But I was forced to pay for an insurance on my unit which I was not in agreement with. If we are forced to carry insurance why are we paying for climate control as if we have a guarantee that there will be no damages due to no neglect of Uhaul upkeep of units. It's a rip off you are double paying to insurance your unit is insured. When I spoke to corporate to voice this complaint they transferred me back to the property manager. I have given this company a lot of money over the last 2 to 3 years. I will not be doing business with them anymore. Word of mouth can help but it can also shut you down. I will laugh my reviews monthly to all that will listen. With photo's of charges to my account but my friend was not forced to pay but tented from this same place. The Manger lied and stated that this was a state law. I ask her to show me still have not seen this. She say it is the policy for Uhaul I ask her to show me I have looked over the policy it gives you a choice it does not say mandatory. Poor service on Management behalf.

Michael L. | Overall ExperienceRecently found out I am being charged for 3 units, not the 2 I agreed to and needed. I have TWO units, NOT THREE that I am being charged for since July 15th. My 2nd unit I rented online, went into the office and was told it is on the lower level so the girl moved me to the main level, close to my original unit under the stairs. Cameras will show I have NEVER been on the lower level and will show the day I came in and moved into my 2nd unit when the employee changed it for me. Victoria is looking into it and trying to make it right. As of the moment, no, I will NOT recommend this storage facility unless UHAUL credits me for the employees mistake. Should this be resolved, I will leave a great google review as well as social media. If not, I will be glad to share my experience of being charged and the hassle it is to have to roll everything on a cart throughout the building.
