The couple of times that there was an issue with water coming in it was addressed lickity split with my point of contact going to lengths to protect furniture I had stored. An extensive gutter renovation was done in a timely manner to make sure this issue did not continue. I felt that my belongings were secure at all times. I would highly recommend A&B Storage!!

Marie L | Overall ExperienceEventually would be nice to have more cameras facing the units, especially the end ones. Also was kind of irritating how the neighbors across the street would let their dog(s) out within 5 minutes of me getting there every time and let it continuously bark. One time I was there for a good 45 minutes trying to work on organizing the unit and they let the dog bark the entire time so I eventually left. Won't be getting another end unit because of it. Can't fault the business for it, but it is very annoying. I have 2 dogs of my own and I don't tolerate behavior like that.
