Yes the storage yard was easy access in regards to traffic vs location. Sometimes getting around the yard was difficult but only during typical moving dates, just tells me they were busy and reaching the needs and ready to serve other customers. I would use this site again.

barbara m | First ImpressionsI believe there is always room for improvement this I do not give out " excellent" ratings. The staff by enlarge were very helpful. There was one female that was VERY unprofessional and acted like it was an inconvenience to help me When I returned the truck it was a quarter to 7 p.m. The staff let me know that they were leaving at 7 p.m. but walked me through how to access my storage unit after hours. I did have trouble getting the man door open even after I put in my password, and heard the click of the door. I was blessed that someone showed up and turned on the outside lights. ( As a single female who uses a walker, I felt vulnerable when the lights were off) I was blessed that a man and his Mother were bringing some stuff to his storage, they heard me drop a box and came to my rescue. They even drove me to Barrier with my dog and my stuff! I would like to praise the cleaners!!! My unit smelled amazing!!

Kimm H | Overall ExperienceThe only issue I had was on a Sunday which was the last day of the month. There were several groups on a move in move out run but the automatic double sliders stopped working at 5 pm. I understand now that those doors cease to operate when the office closes. Unfortunately I was under the impression that the doors were open until 7 pm. I wasn't the only one under that impression which ultimately slowed the whole process down. Overall the facility was convenient, clean and the staff were always helpful and friendly.
