The only issue I had was on a Sunday which was the last day of the month. There were several groups on a move in move out run but the automatic double sliders stopped working at 5 pm. I understand now that those doors cease to operate when the office closes. Unfortunately I was under the impression that the doors were open until 7 pm. I wasn't the only one under that impression which ultimately slowed the whole process down. Overall the facility was convenient, clean and the staff were always helpful and friendly.
