Jennifer was so helpful and very knowledgeable. She was pleasant when I reserved my unit. And I was so surprised when I opened my clean unit to find a gift bag. Very nice!!! She answered all of my questions. And then when I needed a 36’ truck with a car hauler she arranged it without a problem. I was so pleased because she had it all arranged. But the day before my moving, some lady from Prescott called me and said that my car hauler was not available and I would have to go to another location that was in Golden Valley to obtain my truck and car hauler. I was So upset because Jennifer told me it was all set for me. So I called her to complain, and she said I have you covered. I have both for you, not to worry!! I wondered why that lady, maybe Jamie? Would call and try to ruin my day with info that she didn’t have a clue about. I give Jennifer a 10/10. She is a wonderful supervisor!!!!!! Things are under control when she is there!!!!
