My bill was due on the 15th of every month. This month, Oct. 2026, I made my payment on the 12th or 13th. I closed my unit out on the 17th only to be told that I could NOT have ANY of my money back. I don't think that's fair.

My job was not conducive to meet getting there before or after work. Additionally, I could’ve gotten my things out prior to missing payments if there was a place there to throw things away. The majority of what was in there had become trash anyway. The fees kept rising for such a small unit. I had another storage unit that was larger than that and air-controlled for much less.
