The staff at this U-Haul location are very professional, courteous, and attentive to your needs. The location is always clean, well lit and they have a lot of carts to help expedite the transfer of your belongings from your truck into your unit if you’re dealing with a big move. This location also offers a donation service, if you decide you no longer need a certain item or some furniture or what not they allow you to leave it in the donation area to be donated, or for those less fortunate to come upon. This is by far one of the best storage units I have used and I would recommend it to anyone. During my stay, the computer system was having a difficult time and the employees were forced to deal with this inconvenience on a daily basis. I witnessed a lot of customers that didn’t understand the corporate structure of you all and would take out their frustrations on the office staff and the employees working there, although it was out of their hands. Despite the daily inconveniences and setbacks, which should be addressed by the corporate managers of the company, the employees maintain a professional attitude and work extremely hard every day, to keep this location clean and running efficiently.

They would not let me drive with a pending license and an expired copy of my license, even though I have rented many, many times before. Thankfully, a man who was with me showed his license and they let me rent with his info.

I believe the moving company I hired left some things in the last storage, and went back for it, he left the other storages cleared left locks laying on the floor, but put a lock on the last storage that I swepted out and gave picture to staff, Moving company guy had left lock on storage, we where curious, why would you go back, to the storage that you emptied out.
