Communication is very poor. It seems like the manager is looking to charge fees for everything. My move out date was September 13th. It was made aware to staff the day I rented the moving truck.

JENNIFER C | Overall ExperienceAll was perfect except the checkout experience. I had emptied out my unit three days before the due date and communicated with the staff the day after via telephone and email to confirm that everything was in order and the account was closed out. Very disappointing to receive an email demanding rent and late fees for the unit on Sept 21st when the unit was emptied out on Sept 12th. Took a bit of time to explain everything again and hope the error has been corrected including demand for payment which I do not owe. Thank you
timir p | Overall ExperienceThere was a lot of miscommunication and unexplained details during the process of getting the Uhaul, keeping the Uhaul, and returning the Uhaul. It seems as if you breathe wrong there’s going to be some sort of unhidden fee. I think I spent an hour alone just putting my code in for the doors to open. This layout isn’t very helpful either it seems the bigger storage units are on a different floor. Last but not least nobody is on the same page there. I would be informed one thing then told something else. It was just chaos which was frustrating on top of the move itself.

rodney h | First ImpressionsThe first Customer Service guy didn’t give me the right storages. I called the corporate office. The second guy was trying to give me a hard time. I just started praying, because at first, they made me feel some kind of way, he finally looked in the computer and saw what the first guy didn’t see. Plus, he gave me a discount. I have to rent another truck on 08/16. I am a senior citizen, need all the help I can get. 🙏🏾❤️
