Very frustrated to say the least. You have serious issues with this u computer system. I made the reservation and your people couldn't find my name. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
ROBERT M | First ImpressionsNice facility, but did not appreciate the bait and switch after booking a 10x10 online at one price, and being told upon arrival that the unit we reserved was not available and that we could only have two 5x10’s or another 10x10 for $5.00 more a month. Management apparently knows that there is a glitch in the online reservation system, and takes no responsibility for the issue. This should be addressed. I recommend calling to verify that you’re actually getting what you reserve before driving up there.

The facility was impeccably clean, restrooms included and very secure feeling. If you need temporary or even long term storage space I would highly recommend this facility.
