The manager in Danvers, Ma was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The manager in Lakeland , Florida was also friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. I was particularly impressed with the size and ease of use in Lakeland,fl. Having adequate room to swing trailer around and also to back up to storage was fantastic. On a very different note, I have had the DISPLEASURE of renting several times in Salem, Ma. I cannot look up the address while doing this but, I do know it is on the same street as Salem police station. The manager was polite, but very ineffectual, tight space on the property, and very very very slow service leads me to say this facility should be closed, or the manager fired, or both. U-haul is awesome, Salem facility is a double black eye!!!!!!

Diana R | First ImpressionsReason reason I wouldn’t recommend to a friend is because the rates are a little ridiculous. There’s no electric in the storage units but yet when I started it started out at 160 and then it was raised to 170 for no real reason, the alarm didn’t work half the time And it’s just a 10 x 10 box. The only reason I did it was cause I couldn’t find a better situation at the time and then I just got tired of paying so much money a month for a 10 x 10 box.
