Very helpful & friendly staff. They walked me down to my unit, showed me the process of setting the alarm, helped direct me while backing up my trailer to the unloading area, and even helped me pull one of the handy carts I had loaded so I wasn’t pulling 2 at a time by myself. The facility looks clean and well lit, and it even has a bathroom on the 2nd floor- very convenient! I highly recommend this facility AND this staff if you’re looking to store things or move them.

hector l | Overall ExperienceMade a reservation online showed up to pick our truck only to be told they did not have what we reserved. We had to go to another location to pick up a truck and then drive back to pick up utility dolly needed. This was a big inconvenience we where on a time schedule and was late due to all of this heartache and inconvenience. Would I recommend this location to others at this time no due to this issue. The staff was friendly and apologized but all the apologies do not make up for the time wasted.

Barbara S | Overall ExperienceThe Staff I encountered personally were wonderful! Not the employee that called me regarding my truck rental! She was extremely rude, unprofessional and did not have a clue how to deal with a customer. Told me my truck was due back within 24 hours and that I was late in returning. My contract was for one day plus 1 day that’s 2 days. Hopefully management will address this behavior.
