ANDRES B | Overall ExperienceOverall it was a good experience. After 18 months of using uhaul storage, I was charged for a month I will not use due to moving out prior to the next month being processed. I was accused of leaving items and rodents/roaches in the unit after removing my belongings, which if my unit was that nasty the whole 18 months I wouldn't have been able to keep the unit that long. Yet I was told I was talked to rudely by management and was told I going to be charged an extra $100 on top of the month of service. It took them 3 days to close the unit out after having to call repeatedly from 9a-7p with no answer.
