Everything went well. The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. I'm handicapped and they went above to assist me. I'm sure they treat everyone as well. The place was almost filled with storage customers
louise s | Overall ExperienceMy unit and others flooded during hurricane Milton. The staff was helpful with moving out anything that was damaged. I wasn't notified of any flood risk beforehand though.

kimberly p | First ImpressionsVinne and his staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Any problems I had they were super attentive and helpful. I have to say the elevator is out of commission quite often, apparently due to certain customers abusing the doors, but they usually have it fixed within a few days. If possible, I would recommend getting a ground floor unit if available. All in all though, if you’re looking for a storage facility based on the people, Vinne and his team are top notch.
