There’s an issue with some of the units when you lock them and swipe card door still says open when locked
BOBY G | Overall ExperienceI had been struggling the last 3 years with addiction. My sister moved my things to storage for me while I was out of state. I had gotten behind and worked out a payment arrangement so was paying 50 more per month for several months but never got ahead because of when I made the payments was not in line with my when it needed to be done to avoid extra fees. I am greatful to have recovered my items and working slowly to start a new life. Christopher the manager at waverly was a blessing. That man is such a help and really cares for his customers. I had met him for the first time in person and had to give him a big hug which he welcomed. That man watching him that busy Saturday with his team worked through all the customers and everyone was happy and understanding of the wait time because he communicated with the customers. Please express my gratitude. I cannot thank Uhaul enough for the chance they have given me to get back up!!!
