David R | Overall ExperienceThe storage Facility was fine but there has been so much confusion on the fact we did not receive the free month promotion after renting a one-way truck. They keep saying they will refund a month of the storage unit and it never happens. We have asked about it on 3 separate occasions. We are trying once again to get refunded for one of the months we were charged. There is also never enough assistance in the office, it is usually one person and you have to wait a while to receive help. The staff is helpful but it takes awhile to receive assistance.

David R | First ImpressionsMy storage unit was broken into $3,000 of wheels and tires got stolen out of it and no one wanted to do anything about it no one wanted to answer questions then I stopped my storage unit and that was November of 23 and all of a sudden I understand that I have the storage unit until 7:00 or 24 one person told me to come and get my belongings next person I could not get a hold of anybody called corporate kept on calling the U-Haul on North Street no return phone calls..... and I was getting the runaround and I called corporate and corporate would call U-Haul on North Street and said that they return my call No Such return. If you go back on the records you can see that I use U-Haul for several things I rent numerous times car dollies car trailers trailers and Storage and I am not happy at all and I would like someone to contact me. Gregory L | Overall ExperienceWhile moving out of my unit I noticed that all of my stuff has gotten wet and was growing some sort of fungus or mold from the wet/dry. The driveway in front of my unit flooded regularly and made it hard to access the unit due to very muddy conditions, including move out day.
