Initially I got this storage unit because we were preparing to move, the house we were going to move to did something underhanded, so we were not able to move, and life happened- so we ended up needeing the storage unit much longer than we intended. Every time we would go check on our things stored at UHaul, things were exactly as we left them- which was very comforting because our family was exceptionally stressed. Getting a storage unit was easy, as was "moving out." We did not have any signs of rodents or bugs in the items we have gone through, but some of our boxes did start breaking down- probably something that occurs with moisture/ humidity, so lesson learned- if I ever need a storage unit again, I will consider using plastic totes, but I will absolutely come back to UHaul.
