Here needs to be a paved area instead of just gravel!
linda d | Overall ExperienceOverall a good experience, but when the hours say they close at 7pm, they really need to tell you in advance that access to the storage units closes 1 hour before, so, if it says closing at 7pm, you really have only til 6pm to get access your storage. And after I paid for a whole month in advance, and only used the unit for 5 days and then checked out, there was no money returned. They kept the entire months rent. That also should be explained up front.
