I had my storage unit since 9/11 I preferred it when there was someone onsite to help me with whatever transaction I was making. And also I was not expecting a gate./ ramp ok n the pod /cubes that had holes in it so it was difficult to load my big screen tv since the wheels would get stuck. But I caught a passerby and paid them $5 to help me load it Since I was told that the employees could not help I was trying to save gas for the driver of the pod cube unit since gas is so high and have them meet me at my house with the final item I was taking from my storage and have menu load it promptly and the. They could have left instead of coming back for it . But mostly I assumed that the.pod / cube would be delivered promptly the next day or the following morning so I could empty it and be done with it. But not a word and I am still waiting and I want to make sure that they bring it to the backside of my address because I do not have access to bring my tv by the front and I live in the rear building which if it had an address on the street it would be 1117 Laurel ave. And I believe that the asst. Mgr. Was on the same page as myself. I would like to have a time and date of arrival though and would like it to be placed in front of the wrought iron gate at the end of the driveway please Thank you
