Matthew was professional to the max! When asked he offered excellent advice. We were concerned about maneuvering a 26’ JH and trailer. He said not to worry and ask for help if needed. I asked for help. He showed immediately with tools to remedy the problem. He helped us reconnect the recalcitrant trailer. Matthew is a great professional!
