CATHY G | Overall ExperienceI originally started storing there because I got a deal from a site called cheap storage near me $64 for 2 months I paid nothing the first month then the second month came and they tried to charge me and did charge me actually full price $214 + $50 late fee when I told them that I had a deal 64 for 2 months that I only owed 64 they told me well it's going to cost the $200 plus dollars to open my storage because I was locked out they said I was supposed to have gotten a notice I don't remember getting any notice I had to pay that to get in somewhere in my stuff is that receipt that I got the shield that I only owed $64 for the second month and I'm looking for it now when I find it you guys are going to owe me about a couple of $100 because I will get my cousin the lawyer on this case if I don't get my money if I can't find that receipt in somebody went in and took it and I know you got records of it I want to see my receipt from when I first moved in it's different than the receipt they tried to give me when I went for my second month I put a bad taste in my mouth about you guys the whole time I had people coming when I was there a couple hours working in my unit rearranging and unpacking I'd be there a couple hours and people would come down the hall and check on me I've been $215 a month it shouldn't matter if I'm there for half the day as long as I'm working I wasn't sleeping or anything a few people harassed me while I was in there in my unit that also left a bad taste in my mouth so why don't you guys do a little digging and find out that coupon if I can't find I'm sure you got record of it maybe give me my money back and get a better review
