Loretta and Richard were amazing. They helped me when my apartment complex screwed me over. They were understanding and helped me. We need more people like them. Customer service above and beyond do yourself a favor and use this storage facility. Elevators are available and access is very convenient. Thank you to the owners and Anthony. I hope they realize they have a true gem by-having you in the front office.
