Suite de mon commentaire : Ils on essayer de me faire payer le premier mois d'entreposage et m'offrir le deuxième mois gratuit au lieux de faire le contraire selon l'application, malgré ma reservation d'un camion et ma demande pour un entreposage en plus d'insister pour que je paye l'assurance du camion malgré mes explications que j'avais deja toutes les assurances requises.... Sans mon insistance et mes renseignement préalables je me serais sûrement fait arnaque sur plusieurs aspects...

HERNS J | Overall ExperienceStaff was helpful half the time and certainly not friendly. I often had to wait quite a bit before getting assistance and on top of that, advising them of a new credit card number or that my unit had been emptied was completely useless - because they NEVER take note of what you're telling them. My old credit card was charged anyway 10 days after my call, and I was charged for another month 3 weeks after my unit was emptied even though I had told 3 different guys " Unit 3144 is now empty guys, please make sure to update my account. I don't want to be charged another month." How is it that 3 weeks later nobody knew my unit was empty ????? It's just a terribly poor service and maybe other people would've wanted to rent it ! Never again !
