RODRIGUE B | Overall ExperienceI paid for over 3 years of storage for brand new expensive furniture I had. Just got there to empty it out and move my things into U boxes to move across Canada but most of my things were all water damaged from you facility’s leaky roof. Half my furniture are wreck and full of black mild. The Irony is the staff are wearing polo’s with your slogan being Safe, Dry, Clean. I made the staff inspect it they took pictures and they said someone would call from the insurance but I had to leave everything damaged behind with no warranty of claim confirmation on how I would get compensated. The staff was mostly very rude and seemed very inconvenienced that they have people to serve. I would like someone to contact me to follow up on all that was lost and years of me paying away into storage that only wreck my furniture.

Le personnel est aimable et serviable quand on arrive à avoir quelqu'un pour nous servir. Ils se font rares au comptoir de service. J'ai remarqué que c'est les employés féminine qui sont toujours présente au comptoir et elles doivent aller chercher leurs collègues pour servir les clients.
