I had a confirmed reservation at your facility on Jean Talon. When we arrived with a full tuck of furniture, we were told that the locker was no longer available. At the last moment we had to rent a locker in Laval and beg the moving truck to take our furniture. This causes tremendous stress. U-haul was prepared to send us home with nowhere to store a truck full of our belongings. Absolutely horrible service! I will never use your services again!

U-Haul Laval appeared to be the top option: lowest price & permission to make reservation without paying in advance. In addition, I visited few storages before to make my final decision. U-Haul still remained at the top. Then, I was really impressed how clean and secure is everything.
