devon S | First ImpressionsFrom the day I moved my stuff into my unit this was a poor experience. Day 1, I made the arrangements for a 5x10 unit, when I arrived I was given unit 1382 which is a 10x10. Told the person that told me that was my room and was assured that 1382 was the correct unit. It wasn’t until I was fully moved in that I was told they made a mistake and I could either pay more money, which I chose to do, or move my stuff to the original unit. After that I constantly had problems with the autopay on my account even costing me a $15 late fee once. Now on Valentine’s Day I get a text that the ceiling had given in and caused water damage to my unit. I go in to find $2-3000 in damages. I can’t wait to move out of this lace this weekend

antjuan t | Overall ExperienceThe guy put down more fuel that was actually in the vehicle. The truck ONLY had a half of tank & he put down 3/4. FIRST they tried to give a truck on ZERO E the gave truck on 1/2 tank. Vehicle should had been fuel. Would NOT recommend to go to this facility.
