Everyone was very helpful and explained how the access to our unit worked worked. The facility layout and loading unloading area were very well designed to keep you out of rain and give shade while you are working.

U-Haul was open on a Sunday (what a blessing), and we were able to save our property. With our situation, we were blessed with the first month. My family was able to move out of the garage in which we lived in for 3 weeks. What more could we ask for! U-Haul saved us from another disasteres situation just by being open that Sunday! Thank you
RICHARD T | First ImpressionsOut of four drive in bays, only one is usable due to renter damage to three bay doors. When I arrived to unload into my nearby storage unit, the remaining bay had an unattended, empty truck parked in the bay, blocking anyone else from using the one usable bay. I had to unload my vehicle outside the building and dolly everything to my unit the long route. The truck was still there an hour later. Renters need to be reminded that the bays are for loading and unloading only, not for leaving your vehicle parked and unattended forever.
