I couldn’t believe how clean this place was. It’s so big you would think the staff would be slacking on cleaning the place, but that is not true. It’s clean and you feel safe while you are in your locker.

CHRISTAL H | First ImpressionsI went through two mangers the old one got promoted to a new position which I hated because he was amazing however the new guy is cool as well when the old manger was there i forgot his name black guy, my unit flooded and he got me a new unit and even offer to help move my stuff that hit me hard that the manger was welling to help me move my stuff and he even said he would hire people. That was amazing and then with new guy I dealt with him during the shut down and was nervous because I didnt get paid for two months. I talked to him and he assured me that I wouldn't get send to collection or be sold off because he made sure he noted the account it was just good customer service and I appreciate both managers. Thank you uhaul on 38th I recommend for everyone.
