ian j | Overall ExperienceI am very upset with experience. First thing that was wrong was there was not any movement equipment in the back of the uhaul. I havmd to go the next day and pick it up on my lunch brake. The next thing was the storage unit was not the size I ordered. I need a storage unit that fit a 3 bedroom house and they gave me a 10 by 10 . I requested the 10 by 15. So I coukd not move my mother's things into storage . So with these 2 errors on uhaul s part. Now I am behind on the timing of being out of this house. .possibly costing my mom $10,000.

Rebecca K | First ImpressionsThe service that I received was superb. The office staff were really nice and helpful. I was not satisfied with the task of coming in and out of the storage unit. It’s such a tight set up. You have to wait if there is someone trying to come and go at the same time as you. I was there loading my things later in the evening and there is no lighting. I had to have my wife pull up to use the car’s headlights to be able to see. My unit was ok but the part where you put your lock doesn’t work very well. You have to make sure that the door is pushed down really good otherwise it doesn’t slide to close for the lock to be inserted. The lighting is definitely a problem that needs to be addressed. The staff was amazing.

Half my belongings are broke I was told it would be in a warehouse that had climate control which does not! The staff in Indiana Sara and Mr Eastwood are exceptional people they have always been kind and have tried to help in any way . It’s the Florida location and the u box is still sitting in the same spot ! Everything melted . I’m very disappointed in the customer service in Florida .
