The entry/exit code is working great! Facilities supplying carts is also efficient and awesome, too. Staff is always great, helpful, and friendly. Cleanliness is always top at uhaul storage facilities.

Space space one of the biggest challenges when we first rented two pods, we didn’t know the trailer was due back the very day that we rented it to move the pod. For some reason, we got the impression that we could keep the trailer as long as we need to unload the pod. That was the only glitch I can remember from 2021. Blake Huey has been the most personable site manager. He’s responsive and understanding he has been flexible with me when the key got lost after a new one was made. I appreciate the flexibilities he extended.

It is hard to be there only when office is open to pick up units, we are under guidelines to remove contents in a time frame but doesn't allow the time clock to pause while office is closed?
