After booking and completing the reservation for my unit, upon arrival learned that I had no access to the building!? Due to some sort of technical error with the system? Assistant manager could not explain why there is a technological error with the system. So he had to override it for me. To gain access. Once inside learned that an annoying loud alarm would go off each and every time I access my unit!? Also due to some sort of tech error wanted a full.refund, however need the storage unit ASAP ! So have to deal.wirh these unfortunate tech errors each and every time .just paid for the unit yesterday smh. Wth is going on?
