I love all the Staff there. They were very friendly a d helpful when needed. I am a little bummed that I paid my bill and then 2 days later I was able to clean it out and wasn't offered a parcel refund or anything. But other then that it was a very nice experience.

I didn’t get any instruction, still needed to get a few things out of it. So went the day of and gathering my things and set the alarm off on my unit and nothing happened so don’t understand the point of the alarm if nothing happens.

Vivian N | Overall ExperienceAfter booking and completing the reservation for my unit, upon arrival learned that I had no access to the building!? Due to some sort of technical error with the system? Assistant manager could not explain why there is a technological error with the system. So he had to override it for me. To gain access. Once inside learned that an annoying loud alarm would go off each and every time I access my unit!? Also due to some sort of tech error wanted a full.refund, however need the storage unit ASAP ! So have to deal.wirh these unfortunate tech errors each and every time .just paid for the unit yesterday smh. Wth is going on?
