Thank you all Patrick, Beverly, & Justin for what you all did for me! I would recommend U~Haul to friends & family alike! I appreciate all that you all have done for me! The reason I didn’t think the ACCESS HOURS were good for me was because I was not aware of the extra $5 to pay to be able to gain entry anytime. I had to wait for your store hours to open before I could gain access to the storage so that was a bit of a problem for me, but other than that, you all were great! May GOD continue to Bless you all! Great service, as expected.

I rented the unit from June 20th until August 20th and they keep trying to bill me. I have called customer service and no one can cancel it! It has been empty since aug 20th

All was well with the truck rental. However I was charged twice for a lock that I bought, and was told they couldn't do a refund without the receipt? I was overcharged 12.96

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS STORAGE AREA. iTS CENTRALLY LOCATED AND EASY TO ACCESS.
