Everything seemed to be a chore and person in charge was not at all forthcoming with the process for moving in. This is the worst customer service I've encountered at any Uhaul. If the location weren't a big factor, I'd look for other options.

Richard j | First ImpressionsNavigating in and out of the sliding door was a challenge. I disarmed the storage unit alarm. The sliding door would not open until I entered my code in the other keypad (during business hours). I brought a cart load in, opened and shut the storage door, and exited to get another load. The sliding door would not open by motion. I tried to enter the code into the door pad that told me the storage unit needed to be disarmed first. I did this and for the next loads I did not close the storage door and kept the cart in the sliding door so it would not close. I armed the storage unit when I left.

lisa w | Overall ExperienceThe good: -Free 1st month. -Staff on site all day. -Dumpsters available so you can throw stuff away as you sort through your stuff. -No deposit. No contract. -24 hour access to restroom. The bad: -Expensive, but keep in mind 1st month is free, and no deposit or extended contract. No lights or outlets in unit. -Late fees if late. This makes a bad situation even worse. -I called to discuss being late and tried to not get locked out. Fell on deaf ears.
