WANDA R | Overall ExperienceIt's climate control, so everything was in good standing, had no insects or rodents issue. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Parking is adequate, storage area is clean and secure.

DONNA P | Overall ExperienceThis storage facility is not well maintained.! Door to facility constantly opens and closes. Anyone can walk in on the climate control building without a code even though you have cameras because door remains automatically open when the employees go home! There were many times i was there past 8:00 PM and i could just walk in yo the storage units! Manager does nit do a good job maintaining facility. At the unloading station there is garbage that has been there for days by the hill and no ine has bothered to pick it up! The bathroom was without toilet tissue for two weeks and garbage not picked up! I have videos and pics.
