I had an unfortunate experience and had to move from my home of 24 years. I rented a uhaul truck from New York to Melbourne Florida. I had no problems with the drive. I get to Melbourne and the staff were so pleasantly helpful. I rented a storage unit for a whole year and in that time. I never had a bad experience. I had access my property 24/7 . Everything was so clean all the time. I also felt safe. I never had a problem. I just ended my contract and am so pleased. I want to thank the staff for keeping the facility so clean. I'm going to miss going to my unit. The smell of fresh tea was awesome. Thank you to the Melbourne fl. Uhaul storage staff for making a bad situation better.for me.
Blanca R | Overall ExperienceFor the most part, I was pleased with the facility. The facility was kept relatively clean and except for an occasional elevator issue in bldg. C, I never noticed any glaring maintenance issues. I was concerned about the west gate being stuck in the open position for such a long time allowing anyone to drive or walk in. It seems that should have been addressed much sooner than it was. But overall very pleased and would recommend this facility.
