There was a man with a fishing hat, kinda of tall and better than Amazing! This man was patient, kind and very, very helpful. I just moved from Tennessee to Florida where everything was stressful. Everything was a nightmare, and I was at my wits end when I arrived to drop off the truck and obtained my storage space this man made everything better. The only regret that I have was not getting his name so that I could fully give him his credit. You can tell he was the most seasoned person in the store. The other guy seemed to be new. I would choose this U-Haul place over and over again and for the tall man with the fisherman hat who is so kind and so knowledgeable he deserves several raises for all he had to deal with, including myself. It took a fourth employee, who already finished his shift, to say there was a loading dock that was more convenient to get to the storage units. ***There are roaches everywhere.*** the facility needs to be tented by pest control. Moved my stuff as quickly as possible.
