Everytime I went there the garage door entry box did not work. I kept getting told that they are working on it. Were my unit was it was always hot in the summer. No AC
PAUL J | Overall ExperienceWhom It May Concern, I am writing in response to your request asking how I feel about my experience. I am confused and deeply troubled by the eviction from my storage unit. I was told that I was evicted for entering the storage after hours, which is not true. I was also told there was no video evidence, only statements from two individuals who claimed they saw me there after hours. I do not understand how such a serious decision could be made without clear proof. Because of this situation, I feel that trust between us has been broken. I feel as though we have become enemies rather than a business and a customer. I feel that I cannot trust your company, and it also feels as though I will never be trusted in return. That has been very difficult for me to accept. I also want to be honest that I have witnessed what feels like discrimination toward homeless individuals and disabled individuals, and this experience has left me feeling that I may have been treated unfairly as well. This has caused me distress and confusion, especially since I do not believe I did what I was accused of doing. I am unsure why I continue to be asked about my experience when the outcome feels final and unresolved. I needed to express how this situation has affected me and how it has made me feel, because it has caused a great deal of emotional stress and loss of trust. FRANK B | Overall ExperienceRude staff they don’t return phone calls and they flat out ignore you. I had issues with payment and they were supposed to provide a month free never it. Found another unit closer to me that I would be paying a 3rd of the price!

I have to say how impressed I was at how nearly brand new everything seemed. The unit that I rented was pristine and very clean. They even gave me a free lock which I appreciated. The staff were very helpful and I am very satisfied with my decision to set up a self storage rental here.
