At the facility, everyone there was extremely rude when trying to come and pick up the rental truck that I had reserved. I was told that day that I had to pay an extra $55 for $50 deposit on gas after already telling them that I was gonna drive less than 10 miles I drove 8 miles and ended up getting $60 back but my issue was that they were rude about the whole thing and that you aren’t telling your customers that you gotta pay this extra $50 and then you get your money back which I just think is absolutely absurd that’s just not how you do customer service. I had already had my storage facility and everything and all of my supplies or I would’ve canceled the truck.

scott b | First ImpressionsWe have been very happy with U-Haul Storage. We are in our 80s and had to downsize. We needed storage for about a year and would be in and out often. The cost was reasonable. I was able to access our things easily using the dock and the carts they always have available. I felt safe because of the lighting and the necessity to access only with a card and key. It is very clean.
