I love that there was no initial setup fee. I looked up other providers that were allegedly cheaper but once you got to the end of the process, there were all kinds of other fees like setup charges and having to pay for a lock. Only think I wish would have been a little clearer is the access code situation - the way it is displayed it is not obvious that you have to put an '*' in front of the number...so I got really confused when the alarm kept going off! Other than that, no issues and I think the space will work well for what I need.

Kimberly C | Online Move InAt the facility, everyone there was extremely rude when trying to come and pick up the rental truck that I had reserved. I was told that day that I had to pay an extra $55 for $50 deposit on gas after already telling them that I was gonna drive less than 10 miles I drove 8 miles and ended up getting $60 back but my issue was that they were rude about the whole thing and that you aren’t telling your customers that you gotta pay this extra $50 and then you get your money back which I just think is absolutely absurd that’s just not how you do customer service. I had already had my storage facility and everything and all of my supplies or I would’ve canceled the truck.
