Clifton C | First ImpressionsI was very satisfied with the help with my account issues and the overall customer service. The staff is amazing. I do recommend paying the extra money for a climate controlled unit as I had a wide collection of books that I valued but was infested with roaches that in 1-1/2 months devoured some of the covers of my books. Many of my other moving boxes were infected because it was cardboard. Its an outdoor storage unit, I cant fault them too much. However, I would recommend a little pest control measure. 5 stars for the people, great people.
