The manager was lazy and bad at his job. I saw cockroaches in the building a few times. I was locked out of my storage unit for no reason , which was extremely inconvenient. The rent was raised twice on my unit while I was there and nothing improved. When I went to sweep out my storage unit there weren’t even garbage cans for me to throw the dirt into. The least you can do is put out trash cans for people.

I had a storage unit on the second floor which really made it hard to bring stuff up as the elevator was super tiny. definitely should be bigger. A lot of times when we went to our storage unit there was always a smell of cat pee. But overall wasn't a bad experience and I would definitely go back.

My issue with this facility is the elevator. I stored there because it had and elevator for the second floor. However the elevator never seems to function. I moved in without the use of the elevator and moved out without the use of the elevator. I will not recommend this facility to anyone unless they stay on the ground floor.
