There were a few quirks with the elevator but the helpful staff and the AC made a huge difference. Mike was especially friendly and has made my time here memorable in the best way. I will be returning if I need to store or transport anything else.

VERA H | Overall ExperienceThe McHenry location sucks! The one elevator is always broken. And then they block off the stairs so how are you supposed to get to the unit. And dog poop !! Why is there dog poop! The guys were nice, if they stop to help you. Ohhhh and if you try to have a different company help transport your belongings, they will not be allowed on the property!
