Never had any issues. It was super easy to use and everyone was super helpful. The elevator definitely needs some work. It is always broken. I had a storage unit on the second floor which really made it hard to bring stuff up as the elevator was super tiny. definitely should be bigger. A lot of times when we went to our storage unit there was always a smell of cat pee. But overall wasn't a bad experience and I would definitely go back.

Only issue is elevator is not working, math's extremely difficult to bring heavy items when location is on second floor.

My issue with this facility is the elevator. I stored there because it had and elevator for the second floor. However the elevator never seems to function. I moved in without the use of the elevator and moved out without the use of the elevator. I will not recommend this facility to anyone unless they stay on the ground floor.

Mikey, the wonderful manager was friendly, professional, and very very patient while explaining everything to me. I couldn't have been treated better from beginning to end. He made sure I understood the details every step of the way. He then gave me a tour to my new storage unit. I must say that the service, the location, the pricing and the respectful/friendly attitude at this storage facility is UNBEATABLE!! And don't forget to rent your moving truck for them.

It’s terrible to get your belongings upstairs you need to drag them up the stairs because you’re elevator does not work half the time this facility needs a real elevator that wants to help its customers instead of just trying to get their money very very bad management And it’s so sad because all the employees were extremely extremely nice
