The reason why I had emptied out my unit is that every time that I would go there after 5pm. The loud alarms would go on and on while I was in my unit getting things over the weekend. The alarm is super loud 📢 that hurts my ears and the people that wear helping me. That was a total disrespect for your clients. I had notified the office person of the issue a few times but the alarm kept going on several times in different days for several days. It's not worth me or the people helping losing my hearing over storing my stuff. Plus when you go to use the bathroom it's almost always out of toilet paper and the sink never works properly. To top it all off the place has no trash can for minor debris if a client has something to throw out or recycle ♻️. The worst experience is to get home from a storage unit and not being able to hear because your head hurts 🤕 from the loud alarms going off constantly every 2 minutes for hours over the weekend. Plus their storage unit rates get higher the longer you store your stuff there for over 2 years, you'd think that as a valued long term client that you would see rate specials or promotions but no. Don't get me wrong the place is very secure and clean. Every once in a while you'll smell someone smoking strong marijuana from somewhere in the facility. It's there to store stuff everyone's experience is different but these are my experiences that made me leave the facility and find a different place to store my stuff. I'm paying now half of what I was paying for a 10x10 for a 10x15 in a different place with the same clean and secure like structure that I had there without the issues that I had there ... LoL....

I was locked out of my storage unit for no reason , which was extremely inconvenient. The rent was raised twice on my unit while I was there and nothing improved. When I went to sweep out my storage unit there weren’t even garbage cans for me to throw the dirt into. The least you can do is put out trash cans for people.

I had a storage unit on the second floor which really made it hard to bring stuff up as the elevator was super tiny. definitely should be bigger. A lot of times when we went to our storage unit there was always a smell of cat pee. But overall wasn't a bad experience and I would definitely go back.

My issue with this facility is the elevator. I stored there because it had and elevator for the second floor. However the elevator never seems to function. I moved in without the use of the elevator and moved out without the use of the elevator. I will not recommend this facility to anyone unless they stay on the ground floor.
