Was overcharged accused of not making payment. Which i did.Management was very unprofessional accusing me of switching my key to padlock i bought from you. The key clearly said uhaul on it. Which led me to have to pay $145 dollars to a locksmith. I feel that I was treated very poorly by staff. I will never recommend to anyone to your business establishment. I have moved my stuff out and moved up the road to a cheaper more Friendly establishment where I'm treated with respect.

Maria E R. | Overall ExperienceFollowing notice of a rate increase, I checked my 5x10 and 5x5 units to see what could be consolidated. I found that both of my units were almost empty. What remained fit in the 5x5 unit with space remaining. Apparently, someone had a master key to the cheap locks your company sells, and simply opened my locks and took an air fryer oven, drink blender, chopper, and water kettle. Perhaps, other things are missing. The owner of the franchise didn't really seem to care. Then, I recently got a notice about water damage. Thankfully, what was left was unharmed. If U-Haul doesn't care and the franchisee doesn't care, who cares?
