Colin D. | Overall ExperiencePaid for a unit in advance and coordinated with the owner to make sure the unit was open and ready to go. I was moving to the area from out of state and coming in late and needed to unload. Upon arrival the storage unit was locked and could not get ahold of anyone to unlock it. Finally got a call and the only response was "Oh that's not supposed to be locked", never got much of an applogy or any money back as I had pre paid for 2 months. Told me they'd cancel my rental but here I am 2 months later being hassled about not making a payment on time. Great service....
