I have had a storage unit in here for about seven years, and the folks here has been so super helpful. I live out of state, so anytime there’s been a storm or an issue that might’ve happened at the unit, if they’re able to touch base with them in person over the phone and they’ve been very helpful on assuring me of the security and safety and non-flooding of the property. I closed out the unit this past week, and the folks were very helpful to my sister who was picking up my belongings. There had been a U-Haul rental truck mistake on the national side of U-Haul, and this local facility made everything right and was very pleasant about the interaction. I do not expect to need storage again however I would very much recommend new Smyrna Beach on Turnbull rd
