It’s supposed to be a drive up facility and I was told by the woman at the office that “no, we cannot move our trucks. You see how packed it is. Driving up means you can park in our parking lot.” I couldn’t even access the unit itself because a truck was blocking it. This was probably 90% of the time. Luckily, one of the guys that worked there said they would move it. Do not let them give you an end unit. Ask for one in the middle where the chances of it being blocked are slimmer

Only issue is the size of the lot. Because of the abundance of equipment and it being a small lot,it can be difficult to be able to drive up to storage units. Impossible to drive up to. Staff were great
Joseph S | Overall ExperienceOur storage unit was broken into and items stolen. I declined insurance coverage because I have renters insurance, which is fine. When the police came to file a report the store employee said they did not have video surveillance of that area and it was on us because I declined insurance. I don't understand how this lack of video surveillance could be a known issue and not addressed.
