KIMBERLY B | First ImpressionsThe Uhaul facility on East Lindsey, Norman Oklahoma did not give me proper instructions on what I needed to do before leaving the property with the Uhaul truck or van. They highlighted a piece of paper that showed the gas was at 1/4th tank full. When I returned, I took a picture of the gas and odometer (timestamped) to show that I did in fact return the vehicle at the fuel level it said when I left. They then ran my card for $20 worth of fuel without telling me or providing a receipt. I had to leave without a receipt because they said they could not provide me one, and then threatened to go to collections over $20. I will never rent a Uhaul vehicle again if I can help it. Please provide me a full refund. Everything about the experience was horrible.
gabriel c | First ImpressionsAlways informative and helpful. I've used them many times in the past for trucks and for storage and they have never disappointed me. To be honest, I have used other companies in the past, and there is really no comparison. The U haul trucks and Customer Service way out-weighs the other companies. So when I'm in need of of a truck or storage, U haul is the first that comes to my mind.

Ajreonna b | Overall ExperienceThe unit I rented was 11” short at the top and when you have big stuff - that means ALoT. No lighting in the unit. I disliked the indoor unit experience and was not offered an outdoor unit because I would have stayed a few more months. When I showed up to rent the unit three people were there but they were trying to appease someone on the phone. That’s not good service. I was not even acknowledged. Just not a good experience but my daughter worked at the one in Stillwater several years ago and always took good care of me. Maybe it’s hard to get good help in this post Covid culture but I’ve had good service at other places, just not at UHaul for renting storage.

Terrelle T | Overall ExperienceIcy walkways. I wanted outdoor drive up unloading without inconvenience of punching code in 4 times ea time I headed in with a full load. Cust service said management was offered snow/ice removal of a contractor but did not want to pay for service. They should have made sure all access was safe and knew it was not safe But I had to get unloaded and on my way and my back is paying the price. Will not recommend storage at this facility. But that’s based on my most recent experience with storage. Not a good experience at all. And you need to remeasure your units mine was 6’ tall and was sold to me as an 8’ unit. That is fraudulent but I was in a hurry and trusted your facts would not be off by 2’. I use every inch available and luckily didn’t need the room you sold me. It’s free this month- but if I stay I will be requiring a price adjustment!!!
