The size storage unit that was recommended was far too small based on my truck size… I had to switch to a bigger unit that was far more expensive. Also I reserved a unit that was supposed to have outside access, however, this facility had no outside access.
Donna J | First ImpressionsThe last 5 yrs, I experienced excellent service with Uhaul and every time I ask for an extension on my payment for unit #1207, the manager Jordan was always helpful and professional. The day that I closed out my unit which was February 6th the employer was rude because he had to clean up the unit. I did advise I wanted to close out the storage unit and I was willing to pay the $50 cleaning fee which I did. Then once the transaction was completed I had to beg for a receipt. I never experienced service like that. Please advise employees they are there to service the customers professional and with a smile.

ERICA R | First ImpressionsEverything went smoothly with my entire lease but I had to return to the facility the day after having my empty unit checked by the manager because he failed to end my lease and give me a receipt electronically. The reason, supposedly, was computer problems. If so, why couldn’t he give me a paper receipt? Bad business practice.
