ERICA R | First ImpressionsEverything went smoothly with my entire lease but I had to return to the facility the day after having my empty unit checked by the manager because he failed to end my lease and give me a receipt electronically. The reason, supposedly, was computer problems. If so, why couldn’t he give me a paper receipt? Bad business practice.

Keila C | Overall ExperienceThere is an overwhelming odor when you walk into tge climate controlled area which I thought was humidity or mold and I should have left then on day 1. I stayed about 3 months and half my stuff especially footwear and suitcases have prevalent mold and most of that stuff will be tossed in a dumpster. None of this stuff was wet or damp to develop this on that unit. I would not recommend until they get this under control
