My price went up to 105 for a 5x10. You advertise that same size for 15 month cheaper. So as a long time loyal customer, you made me pay more than brand new customers. I'm appalled and will share this experience with everyone I know.
Jake L | Overall ExperienceIn the same day I was at a Uhaul site in Warwick (Post Rd) and in North Attleboro. North Smithfield site was deplorable. The rep literally stunk. He wasn’t rude but he was snappy in the sense he just had no communications skills. Sliding doors were all broken. He was the only staff person on. I waited 10 minutes for anyone to come into the store. I looked for someone in the Maintenance room-which was also a mess. Not good. I’ve worked with that site in the past so I don’t know what happen.
