After changing my truck rental time it all just fell apart. I was still waiting on instructions on how to access the the unit and how that process would work when I arrived the following morning because no one answered the phone and the automated system didn't have any clear details. I'm usually not one to complain but it's hard not to when yes I had a unit number but when you're trying to move and juggle the rest of life you don't have an hour to try and comb through the several page long agreement that no one has the time for when things are already not going to plan.

BEVERLY V | Overall ExperienceI have had nothing but issues here for the last year both with storage and U-Haul rental. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, one guy in particular was a jerk. One month after starting storage the rates were raised which is a joke. 2 months after I moved in there were roaches all over my stuff and the unit. All of my things needed to be wrapped and stored outside to ensure no bugs came to my new place. Overall 5 out of 10 at best. Seriously needs some work!
MELISSA M | Overall ExperienceI had to move my stuff because the cost got too high. It is unfortunate that. UHaul doesn’t give incentives to loyal long time customers. At one time I had 4 units and I got price hikes yearly. For that reason I would warn anyone about Uhaul being very expensive!

TAMEKIA O | Overall ExperienceFor my unit c36, $185 that is outrageous. No lights or heat in the facility. Had to shovel snow from my door to get in. I have no problem with employees. Very very great bunch of people. I was in many units at that location. The up hick in payment was ridiculous. I went to a new facility I'm pleased with. Actually getting what I'm paying for. Under 90$ same size very well kept very secure. Uhaul is like other top corporations money hungry for fat wallets. Paying almost 200 $ there better be lights in and heat.
