It was a huge help to be able to store things while we continue to try and get our basement back in order. MICHELLE S | Overall ExperienceMy only negative issue was after occupancy. I removed my lock and went to the office to give notice that I had vacated.The staff member looked me up on the computer and told me everything was in order. I left the facility and about an hour later I got a call that I had left the unit locked. Impossible I had the lock in my hand, I asked if my unit number had been checked and was assured it was my unit that still had a lock on it. I agreed to return to the facility and meet the staff member at my unit. Once there the staff member realized they had checked the wrong unit and my unit was in fact vacated and the lock removed. I just wish the staff had given more credibility to the customer and double checked when I said it was impossible because I had the lock in my hand. Otherwise it was a beneficial experience. Mistakes happen we should learn from them.
