Every time I go, everyone is so friendly so helpful. I do enjoy going to U-Haul in Oak Harbor whenever I need a truck or storage there are already good employees and they represent the store very well and their customer service is amazing.

richard c | Overall ExperienceMy bigest complaint was attitude when trying to get info or to let the staff know they got a problem. The manager attitude was she in charge like a bully.. She parks her car in a fire lane but when I pull up my truck in front of her car she told me I can't park my truck there. It's okay for her to park in the fire lane all day, but not for of minutes for a customer.
