I think I was with y’all for 3 or more years and I never experienced anything bad , it was always clean & up to par I would use them again if I have too

I had an issue with my new locker and maintenance was there within 5 minutes to help figure it out. This store runs very efficient. Even the prior manager Quinton went above and beyond, so there's a history of great service here. This is my 2nd locker at this facility. I've also brought 3 people over to this facility with a combination of 5 lockers between them. That's how much I think of this team. I'm bringing in friends and family. Thank you all for a job well done!

Additionally, the instructions were unclear on how to access our unit. While the facility was clean, the Community area was very dirty and unsafe, and no signs as to what you can leave, and that charges would apply if unacceptable items were left.
