Additionally, the instructions were unclear on how to access our unit. While the facility was clean, the Community area was very dirty and unsafe, and no signs as to what you can leave, and that charges would apply if unacceptable items were left.

Jorge C | Overall ExperienceReason why I rated below average is because the alarm went off even after I inputted the code the unit every time I visited the unit to place my belongings in there on the move-in date. Also, there was no padlock waiting for me in the unit, I let the staff know in the building next door and received a lock for free. It wasn't the padlock I expected to receive but it does its job. Next when I was leaving, I didn't know how to get the doors open. Didn't realize there was a button by the garage door till someone else came in and showed it me.
