LASHONDA H | Overall ExperienceThe customer service part was exceptional the staff answered all my questions very informative during the whole process my only complaint is the unloading into storage they have 2 garage entrances and 2 outside to load on elevator and from all 4 only was available because the other two had uhauls parked the whole time all 2 days no matter what time I went it was very inconvenient, stressful and took longer than it should why are they not all available for paying customers I thought my move in experience would have been more easy and accessible and it just made it more lengthy and difficult thank you
