Amazing
I really don’t want to move I being with this location over 5 years and never had a bad issues just wanted to be move to a another unit ( due to a pest issue) But the lady(shanika) just wanted me to move to the next unit that did not make no sense😡. And to find out the manger said they can have move me up front in one of the unit. I just want to final said that the manager ( angel and Jennifer$ was very nice and try to go beyond to help me.

By far a better staff than any other storage and u haul facility I have ever been to. Will not recommend going any other place no matter if you live in Edmond, Yukon, Norman etc etc

All the ladies in the office were very friendly and super helpful.
We had our storage here for almost two years. My only complaint was that mice had made their way into any items with openings, and we have found nests and feces. Perhaps this was just me not knowing this would happen, but I was surprised when we went to get our Christmas items out of storage and we ended up bringing a mouse family with us into our home. Other than this, our experience was very good. The staff was always helpful and friendly, and the facility was clean. I would recommend this location, with a warning about the mice, of course. Thank you!
The rep at the counter has no customer service skills and is rude. Tamika? I talked with another guy that was nice but he didn't do anything with this transaction.
