My lower boxes had a water line on them. Several boxes were ruined. The mildew on a box of expensive gardening books had to be thrown away. An antique wooden silverware storage box fell apart from getting wet. I don’t know the extent of the damage yet. I’m not sure how this happened. My unit was higher than the ones across from me. I wish there was a way to keep dust out.
