The maintenance man was supposed to take a red lock off of my Unit, because the payment was 4 days late. He told me that he made me wait because I made them wait for a payment. It took 3 hours to get the lock off of my Unit because the office staff Myra had to lock up her office after she took care of the other customers. The payment was late because they debited my account for the old Unit I had moved out of instead of the new Unit I moved into. It was not my fault the payment was late, it was a clerical error on the office behalf. I would not ever recommend this Uhaul Facility to anyone. Uhaul used to bring excitement and comfort for people in the tradition of moving. This place is not secured, and I've never seen a more trashed Uhaul place than the one on Hefner in Oklahoma City. The Manager Angie is kind. I wish she would have been there. I will be filing a formal written complaint to the corporate offices.

Gloria R | Overall ExperienceAngie, in all honesty you really don't want me to rate that place. Especially after what happened 2 days before I left. Two days before that incident the light blew in my unit I was changing the bulb and realized the silver part that holds the bulb in place was on the end of my bulb. I saw a guy on a golf cart and asked if he could help me. He preceded to tell me that it wasn't going to be fixed bc management wants the units to have no light. I explained to him that I was trying to move my things out and I had a light in there when I rented it. I have never stayed a single night there on those premises. But was treated as if I was a vagrant who lives there. If you check the history I've rented there on more than one occasion and have never slept there..EVER!!! NOR HAVE I EVER HAD TO PAY FOR USING THE GARBAGE RECEPTACLE. I asked the person who answered the phone well what do I do with the stuff I consider as trash? I was told to take my garbage with me but if I had any clothes or other things I could leave them at the_front. That same day Skylar loaned me a lamp and a cord so I could see. He left before me so I locked it in my storage and left. The following day i returned and his cord has been cut to pieces. Being from Shawnee there were lots of places i could've used. But because I had been there previously and had not a single problem there i trusted that things were the same but things change and so do the people. When I needed help I reached out and was treated horribly. I know that I will never use that location ever again. I will not recommend anyone either. I even rented my uhaul from a different location. But I'm only one person so it shouldn't even bother you. These are only a few from a long list. Enjoy your day

He was very helpful, he even backed the truck up for me when I expressed I thought it looked too difficult for me, and he did it without hesitation. Very helpful, and respectful young man. Thank you Tre, and Sybil as well, you made a stressful move a little less stressful.
